Hi! My name is Lana Brown. I have been married to my husband Ryan for 9 years. We have one son, Mason, who is 3 years old. We also have a spoiled rotten kitty cat named Charlie.

I graduated from Lone Oak High School many years ago. I went to Murray State University where I received my Bachelor's in Elementary Education and my Master's in Reading and Writing. I have been in the education field for the last 16 years. This is my third year at HES as the RTI Teacher. Before coming to HES, I was employed by Massac County School District in Metropolis, Illinois. I've been an instructional assistant, taught 1st grade and 2nd grade, as well as an RTI teacher. I love it here at HES and am excited to be working with our students!
